Jan went above and beyond to help us sell our property. We could not have asked for a better experience. We are from out of state and Jan made several trips to check on the property to make sure that everything was ok when we could not. If we ever need the services of a realtor in Michigan again we will not hesitate to contact Jan.
I met with Jan a year or so before starting the actual sale process of my father's home to get an idea of what to expect and how to prepare. Once he passed, I contacted Jan to get the get the process started. She spent time going through the house explaining what I should do to make the house show best and suggest a potential asking price. Jan is an absolute angel. She was knowledgable fo the area, patient with our needs and all around phenomenal. My parents are in their mid 70's. When their South Florida home was destroyed in the last hurricane season flooding we decided to move them to be close to us and later Winter in Florida. Jan Jacobs was extremely helpful in my husband and my efforts to buy a house remotely from Colorado. She did a FaceTime walk-through of the property, was there at two house inspections and helped negotiate with the seller for a lower price. I would recommend her to anyone needing a buyer's agent.
