Stay away Hoag deserves no stars at all. Management sucks, the workers that they hire to "improve the properties" do not know what they are doing (very messy and not well done). Manager gets upset when you go to her for a problem and if you call hoag they usually do not call you back and if they do, they are in a bad mood. Thank God I moved!
