I am very happy where I live. ... I am very happy where I live. I have been a tenant of Hoag Property Management for 12 years. My apartment was very clean and in great condition when I first moved in and still is today. All my concerns are always taken care of. The managers are always nice and professional so I remain satisfied with the overall quality of service.

I have been a tenant for 10 years in a town house rented from Hoag and they do a great job. They keep up with everything that needs to be maintained; I can reach them whenever I need something; and they are considerate professional people.

I've let Hoag manage my proper... I've let Hoag manage my property for 13 years. They've done many more maintenance improvements then expected, fixing problems with the buildings. I think they should just keep doing what they are doing and they'll continue to be great.

Hoag has always responded quic... Hoag has always responded quickly to issues and requests and Lilian is always very knowledgeable. It's a great place to live.

I've rented from Hoag for 12 years, the grounds are always clean and in good condition. Any repairs I've needed the managers make sure its taken care of.

Shitty company, never answers emails or calls. We have serious noise problems in our condo building and they simply ignore us. Please, Luis P., get yourself fired, you are have zero customer care...
