Unfortunately my experience with Eagle View Optometry was humiliating . I have a pair of glasses that are useless. I can not drive, read or see tv through the glasses I was provided. I told the representative I couldn't see right. She responded with MediCal only requires you can read through them (loud enough for everyone to hear). I was embarrassed, this is my first time on MediCal. Turns out...

Had to come back twice since the docor was running late, and I had already waited an hour to see him. They also charged me the wrong insurance copay, and they forgot to dilate my eyes.

First of all when you send someone an email confirming your appointment you can at least get a persons name spelled right

Dr was nice but the office manager is rude and horrible with people. Would never go back because of her

The Dr is rude to his employees and the office manager (tracy I believe is her name) talks badly about the employees in front of customers. The language alone would keep me from recomending this office to anyone. The girls in optical were very kind and helpful and made the visit bearable.
