The best eye doctor i've been to. They make sure they examine your eyes very thoroughly. They are also fast at getting things done. It's an excellent eye clinic !
My most recent visit, my first visit, to Dr. John Fagan's office was very nice in my opinion. The wait was alright, I wasn't in there instantly but in which office are you ever? The receptionists were quiet but nice, and the woman who saw me before Dr. Fagan tolerated all my nervous babbling fairly well I think. I went in with a damaged nose pad on my glasses. The girls at the desk took my glasses right away and in a short time I had my glasses back good as new. All of the staff is pleasant and very good to deal with. I have always had a good experience at Dr. Fagan's office with the doctor and his staff. That's why I have used him for many years.
Staff all very helpful and willing to listen. Friendly and low key office. All questions answered. Prices more reasonable than competition.
The service is always great and the professionalism of the staff can't be beat. However, if you keep this miserable computer notification system I might look elsewhere the next time I need an eye exam.
