I've been going to Dr. Fagan for 19 years. He and his staff have always been friendly and helpful. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my eye care needs

Dr. Fagan and staff are all very nice and helpful.
Everyone without whom i had dealt was competent. I dislike computer access for exam results as the secret access code makes the process too complicated. Dr. Fagan did not offer me pen/paper to write the code and i forgot it. I prefer that written results be sent to me via street mail. I believe that dr. Fagan was appropriate for the particulars of the exam but when my medical insurance...
The girl who attempted to help me couldn't. Asked if I'd ever been there, asked if I'd ever had a fitting for contacts. Basically couldn't find my chart. Later in the day she called my husband and asked the same thing. Haven't heard back, so I still don't know if she figured it out. All I was doing was re-ordering contacts.
Rude.
