About 3.5 years ago, Sara helped my husband and I purchase our first home, then recently sold the home, within 24 hours of listing and for a 51% increase! I would strongly recommend Sara, as she is very knowledgeable and proactive, she was patient and responsive with all of the questions/concerns we had as first time buyers and sellers, and she is overall a joy to work with!

Ms. Sara Price gave excellent professional advice. She was prompt in her communication and kept us informed of market trends, the buyers' concerns, and how to stage the rooms. She made arrangements for repairs required by home inspection. This was very helpful since we moved out of town. She oversaw multiple open house weekends. We would definitely use her services again and recommend her to others.
