I would highly recommend Dwight. He found renters for our home after we moved out until the time was right to sell. He then sold it for more than we expected to get out of it. He was always available for any questions we had and was willing to do any leg work needed.

We love working with Dwight and his staff, he has sold our last 2 homes and helped us negotiate the purchase of our last home which was a foreclosure property. Dwight is honest, prompt and will get the job done. Dwight sold my home in 1 day and at top of the market price when others were lingering for months! He also helped me buy that home and another prior to that, and in each case he made this seem so simple. He had already anticipated every possible need and situation and had already had options setup for me to make it easy and quick to take action. Mr. Price responded to my phone call right away and even tough he was really busy he made time for me that day because I was travelling back to another state. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the area and things about the house. He gave me good advice and kept in touch.
