I asked that Ms. Price have a general marketing plan for my property when we first spoke with a specific one to be developed after our conversation and the property viewed.. She assured me that one was available and presented it in detail at our first meeting. We made the mistake of going with another Realtor when we listed our house. The entire process was a nightmare. We were told by a friend to speak with Sara Price. Sara has been excellent in her responsiveness, in her attitude, and in her willingness to listen to us and our needs as the sellers. Too often the seller realtor becomes an advocate of the the buyer to “make the sale”. That’s not Sara.
