RecommendedWe have called them several times for various jobs over the past 12 years. Each time they are polite and informative and explain the job to you. They do great work and have excellent customer service- which is hard to find. I recommend them to everyone I know that lives in their service area.
Customer service is excelent. Courtius and understanding, in my case they called to be EARLY for our appointment. They were ready to complete the job when they showed up. Cleaned up after the project. They communicated well about expectations and deliverable solutions. Price was good. Better than other quote I recieved, others might be cheaper, but they offer a good quality of service for what they ask. I was pleasantly surprised. If I have the need, I will call them again. From me, that is high praise.
Our dryer was not receiving power due to an issue with the wiring. Seth came out and diagnosed the problem. He was professional and polite. He assured me that my dryer would be in working order before he left. And it was! He had to make at least 40 trips from my garage into the attic space. He was efficient and incredibly hard working. We will certainly use Dunn Electric again and will definitely be requesting Seth as our technician.
Had Dunn Electrical Service come out two weeks ago to install under cabinet lighting and I am thrilled with their work and the outcome of this project! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are professional, courteous, and also very neat while doing their work.
I will tell everyone right now....I called Dunn Electric Service on 8/14/2017 at 4pm, told them what I needed, and by 5pm that very same day, an electrician was in my yard providing EXCELLENT service. Not only did he fix what was needed, he did it for less than another company that gave me a quote. The technician, T.D. was very professional and was great at his job. If you need a job done...I will recommend D.E.S. everyday of the week.
I'm always impressed with the work I receive from them. Always on time, gives you the estimate before they start work. I've had work done by them on several occasions and it has always been great. They clean up their mess too. I would like to thanks Tony Diaz for the exceptional job he did today.
This past weekend I had a tree fall over in my yard, pulling my neighbors' and my electric box from our houses. Jim and his associate were called by a neighbor, I believe, as I was away when this happened. They were polite, curteous, quick and very professional with everything they did. We have used these people about four times now and you will not get better service anywhere. They are on time and clean up after they finish. Really recommend them highly!
