Michael from DES came out to help me solve a couple electrical problems. He was awesome! We learned together with his excellent patience how to deal with a home warranty. He used the years of experience of his whole team to diagnose our electrical issues, and gave me every option of repair. Highly recommend DES. They have serviced our neighborhood street lights for years. We had several lights out and when we called to have them come out they weren’t able to put us on the schedule until October 28th. When the date arrived it was raining and they were not able to come out. It had rained for several days and their schedules had to be shifted around. DES went above and beyond in sticking to the quote they had givin me to install electric and bond my pool. Ila and Terry both were great communicators, very knowledgeable and informative. I have had service from Dunn Electrical since I’ve owned my house. I’ve always had a good experience starting with the receptionist all the way to the technicians. Everyone is always friendly and most importantly they do good quality work. Haven’t had to wait long for service. Their work is guaranteed and I’ve never had any issues. Truly an exceptional company.
This wasn't our first opportunity to call on Dunn Electrcal lService. Professional as always! Mr.Derrick came to help us get power to our new dishwasher. He seemed to get it done. We live in a old log cabin and the wiring is perplexing at best. When the problem reappeared, they came back and this time they found and solved the problem quickly. We highly recommend calling them for all your by electrical no needs.
Excellent reliable service. We have been using his services for many years. Generator, lighting, ceiling fans, rewiring breaker box, and correcting wiring issues from a previous handyman. He and his crew, and office staff, are very professional and knowledgeable!
