All the staff was kind and caring. Jenni the lactation nurse was amazing. She was very thorough and made me feel comfortable and not all all rushed. Dr. Chris was also awesome. He explained everything well and took his time. They were caring towards my son and did a great job. They made sure I knew what to expect and gave me all our options without any pressure. Love De Pere Smiles! I have been going to De Pere Smiles for a while now and when I heard that Dr. Frische was retiring I didn’t know what to do. My husband was assigned to Dr. Peterson who took over the Practice. After having a bad dental experience before going to De Pere Smiles I didn’t know what to think of the the new dentist, Dr.Maggie, that I was given. She seemed so young. This was my first visit to a Dentist in a while. They are very friendly, nice and informative. Will be going back for future service.
Very happy with my 11week old daughters tongue tie revision and cheek/lip tie release with Dr Chris and Jenni. The education they provide is so helpful and reassuring during an overwhelming situation. The resources and communication is unmatched. Wish we would have come here the first time!
I love the cleaning methods they use here. From a person who doesn't care for dentist visits I really like going here you feel great when you leave!
This was our first time going to this Dentist office. My hygienist was excellent and caring. After she was finished my teeth felt clean. My wife and I were both very impressed with the work were both received. We definitely will return to this office for our dental work. Also the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Finally the Dentist which I had was very friendly and answered all my questions. Obviously we were extremely impressed.
