He sold our home to the first prospect who looked at it; showed it during the first day of listing and had an acceptable contract in two days. The negotiations were friendly, and the sale price was extremely satisfactory. Since our purchase of a new home was in process at the same time directly from the seller, he also offered expert advice and guidance to assure that all squares were filled. His follow-up with us has been warm and well-received. We believe he is the best realtor in this local market..

Dave was great. He is very personable and comfortable to work with. He returned messages promptly, and answered questions accurately and timely. He represented us well at the closing, and followed up with thank you card. He has an abundance of local knowledge in the Knox County area. We would certainly highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to sell their home.

Dave did a great job marketing the home, helped me with advice for making it presentable, gave me time to get it ready before showings and very helpful finding good people to remedy things that needed to be fixed for the buyer. Very smooth process and we had 2 bidders for the property and that helped get a very good price for the home.

From the very first visits, even my skeptical husband was impressed with the friendliness, effort and knowledge that Dave exuded. The prospectus was informative and showed his willingness to do research on the housing market in our area. We have recommended him to several people and will continue to do so.

We had a good experience using Dave as our realtor. One of the best things about Dave is that he was very flexible with his schedule and was able to meet anytime that worked for us even if it was later in the evenings or on weekends. Another thing that we liked about Dave was that he really put us at ease about making decisions based on what was best for us.
