Dave was phenomenal in assisting me in the sale of my dads estate. I lived in another state and was dealing with my own medical situation. He was very considerate when we first met and displayed a great deal of empathy and compassion. He was amazing at keeping in touch with me during the process and took the care and time to get things ready with a full explanation every time I wasn’t sure including during a personal vacation. He went above and beyond to not only be my realtor but my friend.

Dave Culbertson was amazing to work with. He was responsive to our inquiries. He either answered his phone or got back quickly to us. The pictures he personally took of our house were impressive.
