Dave was phenomenal in assisting me in the sale of my dads estate. I lived in another state and was dealing with my own medical situation. He was very considerate when we first met and displayed a great deal of empathy and compassion. He was amazing at keeping in touch with me during the process and took the care and time to get things ready with a full explanation every time I wasn’t sure including during a personal vacation. He went above and beyond to not only be my realtor but my friend.

When I listed my home in Mount Vernon with Dave, I was looking for a selling agent who would treat me like a person and not just another listing. Dave and his staff did it right. Dave answered his phone like clockwork and his staff were just as attentive. They ALWAYS had time for me, they were honest, and they worked hard marketing my home. I am very happy with the service. Dave Culbertson was amazing to work with. He was responsive to our inquiries. He either answered his phone or got back quickly to us. The pictures he personally took of our house were impressive. He has a professional photographer's eye. We had been on the market with other realtors for quite awhile. Dave worked hard scheduling open houses and following leads. Dave is a great realtor for three reasons. First, he is passionate about selling homes. Second, he really cares about making his clients happy. He sold our home to the first prospect who looked at it; showed it during the first day of listing and had an acceptable contract in two days. The negotiations were friendly, and the sale price was extremely satisfactory. Since our purchase of a new home was in process at the same time directly from the seller, he also offered expert advice and guidance to assure that all squares were filled. His follow-up with us has been warm and well-received. We believe he is the best realtor in this local market..
