Dave was absolutely fantastic to work with. As a first time home buyer, it was a bit nerve racking to begin the journey but Dave & his team made it such an easy experience. Dave captured beautiful photos of our home and also made a wonderful walk-through video! He share a “sneak peek” to social media prior to the actual listing of our home, and that garnered a lot of attention. Dave is very knowledgeable in our local area. He is friendly, funny, and has good negotiating skills. He was always on time and had most of all the homes we looked at opened and all the lights turned on before I got there. He is very detail-oriented honest and trustworthy. He cares whether or not you are happy with his service and will do anything he can to make the experience as painless as possible. Dave did an awesome job of getting buyers to schedule showings. The first three days we had 13 showings and ultimately sold the home. He priced the property to sell without being too over market value. He did the research and helped coach us in preparing for the opening day of showings. He negotiated with potential buyers and requested preapproval letter from the opposing Realtor so we as sellers could make an educated decision. You can trust Dave to be in your corner and get your home sold in record time.

I listed my Apple Valley lot with Dave and the first deal fell through. But i kept the listing with Dave and a couple months later he sold my lot for $1000 more than the original listing price. Good communication and easy to work with. Recommend Dave’s services.
