They brought space heaters at 8pm when our furnace quit in the winter. The new furnace was up and running the next day. They have done all the routine maintenance. Will ONLY use Crossfield. Responsive, prompt, courteous. Space heaters to keep us warm!!

Outstanding customer service from the phone to the home. Crossfield is reliable, courteous & informative. I had my yearly furnace maintenance yesterday. Vinny was great! He kept me informed about what he was doing, gave me directions on how to perform my own monthly maintenance & worked hard. He didn’t rush through the process. Thank you, thank you thank you! When the “big names” in Rochester wouldn’t take my call, you were there. Worst heat wave in recent history and my unit crashed. Fast, fixed, and friendly! I will be calling again for routine maintenance and any repairs needed!
