We have been customers for almost 10 years. They installedd our new furnace and air conditioning plus tankless water heater. When the water heater started to cycle rather than heat the water , they came promptly and found that some minerals in the water caused a alv malfunction, It was replaced and has not malfunctioned again in five years. Crossfield recently removed my old oil furnace and single stage a/c unit. It was replaced with a Trane top of the line Variable Fan A/C Heatpump unit with Propane back-up. The system is great. It surpassed what we were told it would do. Our whole house hasn't been this uniform in temperature ever. The install team did a great job. I used Crossfield before for a hot water heater. Now my heat and a/c system is up to date. Thanks again.
