We hit the Realtor jack-pot when Scott showed us the first home. We clicked with him instantly and he totally understood what we were looking for, how much we could spend and what did not like. He was patient with us, communicated constantly and knew the area. What he was unfamiliar with he would research and get back to us immediately. When we discovered our current home, he was just as excited for us as we were. He was totally invested in us as a family and not just a client. I would recommend Scott Schilling 100%.
Scott did an amazing job helping us find two condos to purchase in a new development and helped negotiate a great price. As an out of state resident he did the walk through an punch list for us with the builder. He even found us a property manager who has signed rented both condos in the first month.
Scott stayed on top of our situation and did many open many open houses and did great job with video of house and marketing to other realtors. I don’t think he could have done more. I would recommend Scott to anyone selling or buying in Naples or Bonita Springs.
