This is the worst advertising agency I have ever worked with. After dealing with ignorance and incompetence for months and trying to get a refund they finally cancelled my contract and offered me a refund. Then I didn’t get my refund. They couldn’t get the address correct on my ads. Took 30 days to try to fix it and STILL USED THE WRONG ADDRESS. extremely crooked ethics. such high turnover with employees there is no communication. don't let their claws get in.
As a freelance videographer that worked for CGI for several months, I was extremely frustrated with their lack of professionalism and communication. They have been behind on their payments to me and have not been forthcoming when it comes to certain film shoots.
I did an advertising program through CGI Digital with the City of West Columbia, SC to appear on their website on their "Learn About WeCo" tab. I paid $1,500 in November 2023 to CGI Digital. The city's website has still not been updated with the promised video nor with the appropriate logo. CGI finally stuck my name on a little box with a link to my website in June 2024, after more emails & phone messages that went unreturned [January, February, April, May, June]. Not sure who these guys are but they they scheduled a call with me claiming to be from the Better Business Bureau. Contacted 21 minutes late and then were rude about it.
Horrible company. Claimed they would post video on two city websites. Still have not found them and its has been about a year. Process took 6-8 months to do one video. Company had poor communication within the company and with me the customer. My company was started in 1989 and I would NEVER use them again.

I get a call EVERYDAY from these people and NO ONE answers when we pick up. I have no idea who they are I have no idea what they are selling and I have no idea why I get dead air once we answer...........
A guy initially called and said he was from the city chamber of commerce and he has a company (CGI) that wants to do a quick 30 second commercial for my business. A few days later, I received a call from a representative from CGI. He explained the process and I decided to go through with it. He then proceeded to take a deposit over the phone and sent me a 1 year contract for $350 a month. It took forever for them to come in and do the video (I was already paying the monthly charge).
