My only complaint is that I got several emails from different people during the editing phase of the project. Howevet, they worked it out and have been totally professional and readily available to assist us. This has been a great experience and also a chance to learn new technologies.

Make sure your Chamber truely is behind them. They told me my Chamber was so I comitted to work with them. Later, I spoke with the chamber president...he told me not to do it! Oh well. Had already signed contract. They came in and did the video. When they sent me the initial video it was terrible...shadow's, echoing on the sound like the mic wasn't hooked up and was being picked up by the camera. I have just experienced one of the most unprofessional phone calls of my career... -A rep for CGI called our office yesterday to set up a conference call about a project with our local Chamber of Commerce. -My name and number was given to the caller, as I handle all marketing for the company. The caller then called me, and we set a conference call for 9:00 this morning. CGI communications talked a great talk on the phone to get the online agreement signed and to charge our American express but did not full fill all they stated in the conversation. After requesting owner information and to speak to higher management, I have still gotten no response. This company is poor managed, and very unprofessional with their customer service.

CGI is unwilling to change 3-5 lines of code in our HTML so that when our video is shared it will have a thumbnail and text we choose instead of the default Job Name text and a generic lame line-art thumbnail. I've checked out the source code, I've made the changes and it will share properly, but I just got off the phone with a vice president of the company and he absolutely refuses to modify our HTML so that our videos will share properly on Facebook, Google+, and LinkedIn.
