I have worked with Bryant twice- once when helping me buy my condo, and then when I sold it a few years later. Both times, Bryant has done a wonderful job handling the process, responding to inquiries, and being an all-around great agent. I highly recommend him, and will continue to do so to anyone in the Myrtle Beach area looking for a great agent.

My relationship with Bryant started with an email inquiry from CA to SC that grew to a personal relationship throughout the process. Although the house in the inquiry didn't pan out, Bryant took our list of wants and quickly found areas and houses to tour. He knows Horry County (most likely even more but that's all we were interested in). He let us know about possible irritations (noise, traffic, etc.) so we avoided those. There were times he drove. Was great to work with. Also very professional. Answered all concerns we had with our sale. Would definitely use again. Would recommend to friends. We used him two years ago to buy a home and then again this year to sale a home. Feel like we have a good friend we can depend on. Is definitely a 5 star.

From the very beginning, Bryant was the perfect combination of being both professional and friendly. We felt that we were in great hands as the process began with photographing and then having our listing go "live". The very first person who called about seeing my condo ended up being the buyer. Bryant then handled all the steps up to and through the closing with his typical friendly and professional demeanor. We would recommend him to anyone else in a heartbeat.

Bryant is great. He is knowledgeable about the local market. I have used Bryant to purchase one property and sell two others. He was always available, willing to do multiple open houses, spent money advertising and placing the properties. Most importantly he was effective. Both properties sold in less than 90 days. I highly recommend Bryant and his company.

We are relocating to the S.C. area from Massachusetts and Bryant was great to work with! He worked around our schedule to see homes when we were available, he kept us informed every step of the way once we made an offer, and he was vital in making sure our closing went very smoothly from many states away. His list of professional references (mortgage company, inspector, home owners insurance, etc..) were very helpful and they were all great to work with as well!

Bryant helped us greatly as we researched and purchased our new home in Myrtle Beach. We were relocating from Colorado at the time. He’s awesome! Sharp, good humor, very respectful, and fun to work with.
