Bryant is very knowledgeable about the real estate rules in SC. When my loan officer ask me for certain unique documents or Insurance policies I would call Bryant and he would suggest someone or a company to keep the loan on track for closing. When I communicated with him he would always return my calls in a timely manner. If I decide to buy another house in Myrtle Beach, Bryant will be the first person I call. Thanks for everything Bryant.

Bryant helped me when I was buying my first home. He was there from the first day right on thru the day of closing. His knowledge and personality immediately puts you at ease.
