Bryant has been an awesome realtor for us. From Day 1 all the way through and after closing, he has been there for us. He kept us informed during the building process, which was lengthy due to post covid supply shortage..he provided pics to us showing progress. He put us in the right direction in picking out a mortgage company and kept us informed along the way with that. While I currently live in Las Vegas, I recently decided to buy a retirement home in Myrtle Beach. At 2300 miles away, I needed some guidance. Bryant went above and beyond his duties. He not only helped us sell our home he also assisted us in the purchase of our hone in Ohio doing the job of three agents. After doing the job of three agents he even went farther and came to our home as we were cleaning it for the new buyer. He helped us clean the fridge, cupboards and washed the sunroom floor. A friend recommended Bryant to me and said he was a great realtor, to help us find property at the beach. She was absolutely right. My husband and I began looking at properties in March of 2020. We went to numerous properties and looked on site and there were many times that he Face Timed us to show the property.
