I called the office and left a message. I got a quick response back. my fiance and I met Bryant Evans the next day. We went to his office and went over what we wanted. The next day he came up with a few different houses and we fell in love with the one we are living in now. He was on the money. He knew what we wanted and he found our dream house. Thank you so much.

Bryant was easy to work with, knowledgable and organized. Since we were arriving from out of town, Bryant spent time getting familiar with what we were looking for and had everything organized when we arrived. When we found a house Bryant helped us with advice relative to asking for additional incentives and answered questions promptly. Bryant continues to provide referrals for local businesses. We really enjoyed working with Bryant. And, would recommend him to anyone.

I did not know Bryant Evans prior to working with him for the purchase of our condo in Myrtle Beach. I decided to work with him because he was the first to respond to my phone call requesting assistance in our purchase. Bryant was an excellent Real Estate Professional. We live out of area and he responded to all of our emails and text quickly and efficiently. He gave us all the information we needed to get our new home settled quickly and get all utilities and insurance completed. Bryant is truly a top notch professional and one that we will recommend and use again if the need arises.

If I could give him 6 stars I would! He is patient and very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help you find your perfect home. If he could not answer a question right away he would find out what we needed to know and get right back to us. He even helped us find an eye specialist for treatment that I needed!

Bryant did an exceptional job with our deal from beginning to end. We had some issues and he had to deal with them. His knowledge of the area and connections was a big help since we were moving from out of state! We would definitely recommend Bryant Evans to friends.

Bryant helped us for about a half year. We were very picky and selective. We ran Bryant through the ringer as we put money down on several homes and they were all different styles. He was always professional with us and stood by house after house that fell through for one reason or another. Bryant's list of mortgage bankers/inspectors/legal/etc. made the process very effortless. We finally closed on the house we wanted for over a year and everything went smoothly. He is a sweet heart, works very harder who puts the time in to get to know you to find the right home for you! I am from out of state and we we looked at houses and within 10 days had made an offer and bought a house. He went the extra mile to make sure I had phone numbers I would need and since I was out of state we closed remotely with Bryant working closely with both myself and my daughter.
