Our plan was to buy a house overseas in Italy. Due to the economic crisis we decided to buy near Myrtle Beach, SC. Mr Evans called me in Florida a month before I got to South Carolina. He sent me many homes to view. He made a list of the favorite ones I wanted to see. When I arrived in SC he was there to meet me. Working with Bryant was an extremely positive experience. Me and my husband did not know anything about the process of buying a house, and Bryant walked us through every step. He was very patient, and was basically available 24/7. He found us our dream home, helped us negotiate the price we were willing to pay, and knew the answer to every question we had.
