I had a great experience, everyone was very professional and helpful I have used them before and had great service then as well. I love how quick they are. The only downfall I have is that they give you a certified check if they are giving you money and now a days a lot of banks will still hold a certified check for 5 business days, so I wish they would do direct deposit or wire transfer
