I felt alone through my whole process. Horrible communication. Not a hood experience
The experience went very well. Very easy for us, and the services were friendly. At the end it was noticed that the taxes were taken out for another month after the transactions were all documented. We called the office to report it as soon as it happened - but unfortunately - we have had no response. Not even a phone call back explaining what has to be done and the timing of this.
