She is willing to go beyond the "call of duty" to make all efforts to be of assistance and easy to communicate with. I was moving back after 17 years. Jill listened carefully and worked to find the perfect home. Our first pick ended up not working out due to an appraisal issue and she immediately jumped on the termination of the contract and found another house. I have known Jill as a real estate professional for the last 26 years. We have used her to purchase and sell homes with great satisfaction. She or her team are available at any time convenient to the customer. Recently she helped us find and purchase a home. She was constantly working with us, the inspector, the sellers' agent and the lending agency to make certain everything came together to everyone's satisfaction. We live out of state. Decided to list our second home in Sheridan, with Kim because of all the hard work and long hours she spent with helping our daughter get her house on the market. Kim came to our home, cleaned, cleared out clutter, organized and staged it to put it on the market for us. It was up to Kim to organize every appointment, bids with contractors, etc. We couldn't have sold this home without her. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who needs responsive realtor. Our family had a very stressful situation with which we were dealing.
