I found Jill Bates with The Bates Team when I decided to move from Colorado to Sheridan, Wy. My realtor in Colorado Springs recommended them. We originally started communicating long distance and then met up when I visited the area for a job interview. My husband and I just recently went through the home buying process, which can be a scary thing. But working with Jill made it pretty awesome. She went above and beyond with everything. The Bates Team is super to work with. They take good care of their clients and keep everyone involved updated and informed throughout the process. I am a lender who has worked with The Bates Team on numerous occasions have found their buyers to be well prepared and educated. Jill and Marilyn have unquestionable integrity and character.

Great realtor! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Seems to have a great network of local professionals. I would would use her in the future for my buying or selling needs. Responsiveness: She always answered every phone call and text, no matter what time of the day or night. This was my 3rd home purchase, and she was the only realtor to do so.
