We used Joel to purchase our first home. He was very knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of with any questions we had along the way. He was able to negotiate well with the sellers and their agent. He helped make the process quick and easy. I would highly recommend Joel to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. I've never liked dealing with realtors, since I always felt like they were there just for the money. Not with Jill, she helped with everything, both advise and getting my house shown as much as possible. She was there every step of the way, through the whole process. Jack provided a great service when my family’ and I moved to Sheridan Wyoming .We told him what we wanted in a house and our price range and he did his best to guide us . He’s very knowledgeable , helpful and friendly .We will definitely use his service again if we ever move .
I had a completed estate property to sell and had no idea where to start. Michelle got me in touch with the right people to handle the legal matters of the estate. She went to the appointments with me took notes for me. Was right there thru the several months it took to get the legal matters of the estate settled. Sold the property in just a few days. I have worked with Michelle for a while now and she is doing a great job showing me properties in and around the Sheridan area. She is responsive, professional, and knows the area well. Although I am undecided between WY and MT for my final purchase. I am satisfied with the service I receive from Michelle and highly recommend her.

Jill was awesome! I recently had two poor experiences buying and selling homes and Jill was so refreshing after those.
