The staff is really nice there and they explain everything to you. It's nice knowing that they are so close to where I live and that they care.
Rockey go bit by a rattle snake. The staff was completely knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate. They stocked the newest formula of antivenin. The treatment plan was completely reviewed including the estimated low to high range of expenses depending on the final treatment required. I was allowed to say goodnight to Rockey (in the back because they had already started treatment) as he needed to stay overnight for observation.
