After waiting an hour with a sick cat and no one even checking in on us after we were put in an exam room, we left. We will take her to our regular vet on Monday. I recommend going to the other animal emergency center in town.
Very unhelpful, had a puppy dying and they literally couldn’t even point me in the direction to the nearest urgent care. Their advice was “dial the numbers on the door” like if i had the time to be on my phone while i was driving my injured puppy around town.

Unexpectedly my kitty was not eating or drinking, vomiting, breathing heavy, and unresponsive. I took her to this urgent care, where at first I was greeted very rudely and unprofessionally by the front desk lady. She proceeded to tell me to call another hospital b/c their Vet was in surgery. She then just walked back inside. After calling the other hospital they said that the one I was at should've taken my kitty to at least be seen by the tech and be triaged until the Vet in surgery was done. This place does not care about your pet they only want to make as much money out of you as possible. Do not go here!
