Get directionsOur dog Coco got very ill in the middle of the night. We rushed her to Animal Urgent Care and they immediately took xrays and found the culprit. (she'd ingested decomposed granite from a newly installed walkway.) An overnight stay was necessary and they were proactive in calling us with updates. She was very happy and calm when we picked her up, so I know they took great care of her!
Business response:
Thanks for the review Karen and glad to hear Coco is doing better.
Our daisy got excellent care. All the staff was very professional.
My sweet senior, at close to 18 years old, fell nose first from the bed. My daughter and I rushed her to Animal Urgent Care at 8 pm Saturday night. After greeting us in the lobby they took her, examined her, and 15 minutes later Mona came trotting out like she owned the place! We are so grateful for the exceptional care and concern you had not only for Mona but for two crying women! Mona is back to her bouncy self and we are so blessed.
Thank you again. Everyone is always so sweet and capable. Having to go to urgent care with your furbaby sucks; but it's much better here. 💙
Caring and honest😊 I have used them a few time and was very pleased with treatment of my dogs when we had a few emergencies. Frankie Valli and Mazzy Star💫
they did a great job. my Chihuahua threw her back out, and they took care of her very gently and quickly they gave her some pain meds and took x-rays, got the blood work back all super fast. I don't think I was their more than an hour maybe two for all the results, they showed me the x-rays and told me what was causing her pain, I was able to take all the information and have it forwarded to my vet who took it from their.
They were wonderful to us back when we were losing our Kristy. She had arthritis bad, and her heart was having issues. They helped us and were very kind. We had plenty of time to spend with her before letting her go. 📿🌈. Again they were great when helping a friend of mine whos dog had already passed away. They still help with that too. A very caring and passionate hospital that helps all pets, at all times. Thank you
Our Standard Poodle, Smiley had a growth that was diagnosed as a hernia. It grew unexpectedly and when he became unable to stand or walk overnight I took him to AUC. Dr Siebold was on duty and the diagnoses was that the growth was not a hernia after seeing xrays, she offered to do a needle puncture to draw out the fluid and have it tested to determine if it might be cancerous. He was kept for two nights and then released to come home with a stitched on bandage as the growth continued to drain, he needed a sling to walk (not ... read more
We took Clyde to them at the strong recommendation of our Vet's office in Ramona and they were wonderful. Very professional, understanding and compassionate. Dr Seibold was very thorough in collecting the information she needed. Then explained what was going on and the options we had and what future care might be needed. It was a very difficult decision and there was no pressure to go one way or the other. We greatly appreciate her and the whole team and being compassionate in our decision and helping it go as gently as... read more
