RecommendedThe location is convenient for me. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The staff was very knowledgeable and it didn’t matter what doctor was treating my dog, I had a few technicians and doctors stop and assist with questions I had. Very customer service oriented from the front desk staff, billing, and medical staff. Good customer experience.
My dog had been limping and I needed to ge him in right away to be checked. When I contacted my vet they had one doctor available and said I could drop him off but he most likely would be caged all day. That wasn’t going to work for me. So my vets office actually recommended you. So I gave it a try. Was very pleased. No waiting time and was able to go in with my pet. Thanks so much

We took our dog Zero to the ER here a few nights ago for a concern of bloat. The staff was friendly, gave us updates, and took great care of him overnight. He got plenty of attention overnight and I knew he was in good hands. I got to pick him up the day after and he was feeling much better. For it being an Emergency visit, getting X rays, and staying overnight I thought the bill was reasonably priced. Will definitely go back if we have another Emergency. A big thank you to the doctors and Techs for taking care of our boy!
