I deal mostly with reproductive issues with Northview. I find the staff helpful and courteous...... You couldn’t ask for better knowledge or service when it comes to reproduction!
Their customer service, their doctors, their environment, the fact that they treat all animals!
Our dog needed stitches in her side, and the staff got her in and out fairly quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We had a very traumatic happening with our dog being hit by two cars, rushed her into the clinic, and they were wonderful! They did all they could for her right away, stabilizing her and getting her comfortable. The following day they performed her surgery, keeping me updated constantly. I unfortunately had to take my cat in to be euthanized and I really appreciated the extra bit of consideration with the heat lamp for him and a soft blanket on the table. From talking to the receptionist to the techs and Dr, everyone was caring and worked to make it as less difficult and stressful as could be.
I took both my dogs (4yo black lab and 7yo hound mix) to the emergency service and I have nothing but good things to say. We move around a lot and my dogs have seen a lot of vets, but this was the first one that my dogs actually liked. The staff was awesome with the dogs, kind and professional with me. All around great service. Probably the best vet I’ve ever been to. We had Dr. Randy and he was amazing.
