Our dog needed stitches in her side, and the staff got her in and out fairly quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Our first experience was very pleasant and look forward to building a relationship with them.
We had a very traumatic happening with our dog being hit by two cars, rushed her into the clinic, and they were wonderful! They did all they could for her right away, stabilizing her and getting her comfortable. The following day they performed her surgery, keeping me updated constantly. On the third day I picked her up and it seemed everyone was there for support! I unfortunately had to take my cat in to be euthanized and I really appreciated the extra bit of consideration with the heat lamp for him and a soft blanket on the table. From talking to the receptionist to the techs and Dr, everyone was caring and worked to make it as less difficult and stressful as could be.
I took both my dogs (4yo black lab and 7yo hound mix) to the emergency service and I have nothing but good things to say. We move around a lot and my dogs have seen a lot of vets, but this was the first one that my dogs actually liked. The staff was awesome with the dogs, kind and professional with me. All around great service. Probably the best vet I’ve ever been to. We had Dr. Randy and he was amazing.
The vet and vet assistant that took care of Max that evening were kind, compassionate. They explained everything in detail that was happening to Max. I was never rushed to make the decision that regrettable l had to make. Max was 16 and he crossed the rainbow bridge that evening. They gave us a nice room to say our goodbyes and allowed me to hold him and love him until the end. I am thankful for all they did that night
It was an illness emergency. We were seen immediately and got total and compassionate care.
