Make sure you get an estimate and not by the hour rate!! They will steal you blind. Crew was not very organized and took 2.5 hours to move a bed(no headboard), 3 drawer small desk, coffee table, couch, 4 person kitchen table, 30 gallon aquarium (empty) and stand a few blocks. VERY DISAPPOINTED as I had used them before and had exceptional service. Very very disappointed.

Dee Dee. Sorry for the confusion, but the crew made a miscalculation when computing their time on tour move. The actual time you were charged for was 2.0 hours. The time is calculated from the time we leave our office until the time we return. This is also the minimum charged for our services.
I hate this place! 2 out of 2 times, I have ordered something and unfortunately this unprofessional business is the one that has to be the one to deliver it. They always hold on to my stuff for over a week..... and reschedule and reschedule.... this time they got my stuff on may 17th... scheduled the deliver for the 24th... then rescheduled for the 25th. Yesterday on the 25th I got a call around 415 saying they would be delivering to my home within half an hour.... oh what do you know? I got home from work at 830.... and the... read more
