The workers move slowly and were on their phones texting a lot. We had friends help us and they moved more than the two I hired. Would not use again.
This company moved two items for me. A 4000. Massage chair and a TV. My chair has been scraped on both sides leaving tears in the fabric. The top of the chair has scrape marks and damage as well. The movers made me sign a statement saying the items had been delivered, unsatisfactorily. The owner reduced the charge because of the damage. First ,I get a call informing me they were arriving an hour late. Then called back to say they'd be another hour late and THEN showed up 20 minutes after they said they would arrive. I have never had such slow movers before. My 2 bedroom apartment that Already had the kitchen stuff moved took 5 hours. I had to rent a U-Haul the next day for stuff that was left. I also feel as though I was charged way too much I had two guys and then the last half an hour the owner came in who was very polite and courteous and I’m glad it was there however I got charged extra for him for ours turned out to be $625 I should’ve gotten an estimate. Other than that they did an OK job they got some awful heavy furniture into the house without damaging anything in the house and I guess that’s what matters
Would NEVER use their service again. They are racist and just untrustworthy and when delivering for other companies... when they do something wrong they lie about it making it look like it was all the customers fault. Upon exiting the truck I was told they didn’t want any of my “ white, straight attitude “. I wonder if it was my gay pride flag that set him off. In any case we are now blacklisted from Wayfair. Wow. Don’t use these people if you don’t have to! If I could rate them in the minus category I would!
First two times I used them they were great. Third time was horrible. I chose to do an hourly rate and that’s how they screw you over. Took their sweet time, took many smoke breaks, and even brought a random guy into our apartment that stopped by to smoke with them. Got charged for their smoke breaks and their lunch break. My Wayfair delivery went wrong in so many ways. It was originally supposed to be delivered on 10/24/19. I had to change my delivery date because they would only deliver to me between the hours of 5 and 9 pm. We are a business and discussed this with the receptionist at All About Moving. She offered several 5-9 delivery times and finally I accepted one on 10/30/19. Mid afternoon I received an email from Wayfair that my delivery had changed to 10/31/19 between 5 and 9! Make sure you get an estimate and not by the hour rate!! They will steal you blind. Crew was not very organized and took 2.5 hours to move a bed(no headboard), 3 drawer small desk, coffee table, couch, 4 person kitchen table, 30 gallon aquarium (empty) and stand a few blocks. VERY DISAPPOINTED as I had used them before and had exceptional service. Very very disappointed.

Dee Dee. Sorry for the confusion, but the crew made a miscalculation when computing their time on tour move. The actual time you were charged for was 2.0 hours. The time is calculated from the time we leave our office until the time we return. This is also the minimum charged for our services.
I hate this place! 2 out of 2 times, I have ordered something and unfortunately this unprofessional business is the one that has to be the one to deliver it. They always hold on to my stuff for over a week..... and reschedule and reschedule.... this time they got my stuff on may 17th... scheduled the deliver for the 24th... then rescheduled for the 25th.
