I have used All About Moving on several occasions. I have referred them to clients and they've done many of my own personal moves. It doesn't get any better than them. They are courteous, careful, and very considerate of your possessions and your time. They move quickly and efficiently. If you're planning a move that is within the area they serve, I wouldn't use anybody else.

Literally in SHOCK over how we were treated by this company! They were hired by wayfair to deliver our package. They showed up in a personal truck with a trailer and said they weren't able to make it up the driveway. The owner got very aggressive and hung up on me then drove away with our packages and said, "It's your problem now". Never in my life have I been talked to like that. Terrible and extremely stressful experience. We received a quote/estimate based on a walk-through completed by an employee of the business. We were assured they could do the move in one day. Half-way through on the day of the move, they said they would need to come back the next day to finish. The final invoice was for TWICE the estimate (we do understand that the final amount may deviate from an estimate, but double the amount is outrageous). Leslie is the daughter of the customer we serviced. Carol called us to request packing and moving services. We met with Carol at her house to get a list of furniture she wanted us to move. I sent Carol a very detailed email with that list of furniture, the estimated price for packing and the price for moving the listed furniture pieces. This email (once again sent to Carol) clearly noted that moving the boxes was NOT included with this price. I’m absolutely appalled that I paid for a service (that was over $300) and had to go back and redo what they did. My furniture was basically piled in the middle of the uhaul and they kept saying all my stuff wouldn’t fit. But after they left, we saw why. It was basically thrown in the middle. There was no thought process to how to stack and organize the furniture at all. My bookshelf was basically put on top of of everything instead of layering it how movers are supposed to. Alyssa: You insisted that we load your Uhaul with “Only the large items” because you had a budget of only 2 hours. It was only after the truck was loaded with those large items that you asked us to load the boxes and small items as well! That is not the proper way to load a truck. Large items cannot be stacked on top of each other. Heavier items go on the floor, boxes go on the middle and fragile items go on top. Movers were late, smelled of drugs and damaged furniture. Was told nothing was going to be done about it. Do not recommend.
We experienced too much breakage of antiques all packed and marked fragile. When we contacted company we were told we packed it, not responsible

Joanne - We talked about this for quite some time. I am very sorry your items were broken but they were NOT mishandled. You told me the 2 boxes were in perfect condition when they were delivered to your home. This proves that the items inside were rattling together during transit. they were supposed to show up at 8, "they couldn't find my address" so showed up at 930am. they were extremely slow at getting my stuff out of the house. they scraped up my basement walls, and one guy made a joke to me about it. when the guy came to give me my quote he did not go over specific rules so I should have known so when it came to the day of moving they ended up not being able to move a trailer load worth of stuff. not only dis thwy not move it they were done for the day and didn't tell me.
