AC/Heating problems We have an older house with a gas furnace that Airflow converted from a whole house system with 1 thermostat to a 3 level system with 3 thermostats. The vents are controlled by internal dampers. The dampers are a continual problem, but Airflow worked over a period of months to find and cure the problems in the system. They are quick to respond! We are regular customers of Airflow Service Company. We are signed up for their routine maintenance contract which has been working well. We did recently have them come out to service a small air conditioning unit of ours. They had to work on the mini-split system. Unfortunately, one of the two technicians did not have the right adapters with him. So they sent him back out the next day to finish up the job. He recharged what he needed to. Thirty Years of Super Service! I've used Airflow Service Company for thirty years. They recently came for a regular maintenance check, and I had some questions regarding the loud sounds that the air conditioning system was making. They explained to me the things I was concerned about and repaired some things to make them like I want them to be. I guess there were some things we needed to know about the machine. The teck was here on time. Checked and recorded inside equipment operation. Moved outside and did a very complete job checking and cleaning the outside unit. I think that the review summary explains my sincere satisfaction with the experience.
