It Was A Positive Experience Airflow Service Company is timely, neat, and informative, and I had a positive experience with them. This was my first time using them, and I called them out to have maintenance work done on my gas fireplace. The checkup went very well, and I will say that we were very grateful for the education we received from the technician. I was happy with his explanation of how things worked with our fireplace. We will absolutely be using them again!

Definitely a Five Star company! We had not had our fireplace serviced in years and it finally just quit working. We called three different companies and none of them even bothered to return our call. So, I got online and I found the Airflow Service Company. We called them and a nice lady answered the phone and they came right out to look over the problem. Accommodating I have been a customer for years. I highly recommend them. This year I’ve had 2 annual visits, summer & winter. Both times I’ve asked the techs to go down a small hill to the walkout basement instead of thru the house. They had no issues doing so. They have been friendly to my cats too...a plus!
