Good Job! This was the second time I have had Airflow Service Company come to my home and do a repair on my HVAC system. They have done a good job on the repair both times. Everything really turned out good. The service guy that came out was courteous to me and seemed to know what he was doing. He must have, because everything is working now. Overall Good Positive Experience, One I Would Do Again! Airflow Service Company did a really good job yet again for me! This was not my first time using them. I have had them come out to service my generator before and that is what they came out to do again most recently. The workers who came out were prompt, polite and professional. I got a new heat pump ourdoor unit and revitalized inside unit. Two technicians showed up and did a complete and speedy job. The outside unit was an updated replacement that they installed on a new pad. The inside unit was completely refurbished inside with new parts. A new comparable unit is now of a size that it wouldn't fit up into the attic space where the unit resides. So they redid the entire unit inside with new parts but left the outside as it was. It's now working just fine.

Professional Work and On Time! My old dehumidifier had quit working and I wanted to replace it. I had it installed as part of my HVAC system, that way I don't have to empty the tank. Airflow Service Company knew exactly what I wanted and were very easy to work with. The installer was on time for our appointment and was very pleasant. He also cleaned up after himself. Great work, and great customer service! I had Airflow Service Company install my heating and air conditioning system about 4 years ago. I have used them since then for routine service work, and repairs when necessary. They recently came out to diagnose and repair a malfunctioning starter on my gas furnace, and do some filter work.
