RecommendedAbsolute wonderful Team ❤️. We see Dr. Andrew and his team since my little boy was 1 year old. Took only a moment yesterday for my 3 year old to get over his little anxiety and participate in the cleaning 🦷🪥. Also my little boy is obsessed with the train 🚂 which circles the practice. ☺️
RecommendedI love this place my daughter always feels comfortable when she goes. I guess my only issue yesterday was the scheduling. I’m not sure who does the scheduling but I had her appointment set up 6 months ago and it was for 10:30. 2 days ago it switched to 10am. Just to make sure I wasn’t making things up I told the front desk lady that I had gotten confirmed for 10:30 and she processed to show me the following texts on my phone for 10 but I never confirmed that time I confirmed the 10:30. RecommendedMy 4 year old had an appointment yesterday and we had a great experience. I loved the way the front waiting area is set up. It looks like a train depot and there is a train that runs through the building. She thought it was so neat. We texted upon our arrival and received a text when we could enter the building. RecommendedWe had a very great experience, they let both my kids be seen next to each other, they were patient when I had had the X-rays sent a month prior and they still had to call and request them during the appointment. The dentist was kind and interacted great with both of them. We will continue to recommend!
