My hygienist listened to my concerns and was gentle when cleaning my teeth which was awesome and made the cleaning enjoyable. My dentist took the time to explain my x-rays and answered all my questions and gave me helpful suggestions.

I've been coming to Vachon for 25 years now and I would never go anywhere else! I'm very happy with the care that I've received here! They take very good care of me and know exactly what they are doing.

I have had a lot of work done over the years- including fillings and a bridge. They are the best! I always feel comfortable and haven't had any issues with the procedures I've had. They follow- up to make sure I'm doing well.

Dr Vachon is very patient and caring. We have become friends over the years because I feel so comfortable around him. It's a very friendly staff, i've gotten to know them all. You'll feel very welcome from right when you walk in the door!

After a bad wisdom tooth extraction with pieces of the tooth left in the socket. I experienced 2 weeks of my jaw in utter agony.... Thanksgiving '24 was a bust. To add insult to injury. I was blindsided by a sizeable bill, to which I was told they were not in network with my insurance. That was an unexpected surprise after years of patronage. I understand that things happen, but it never feels good to get the fuzzy end of the lollipop! To that end... I will be moving to another dentist post haste.

First appointment. Cleaning and exam. Wow, done by the dentist. Never introduced himself. Totally done in about 18 minutes. No flossing. Did it in the car myself. Charged me $184.00. Also had the first appointment of the day. Won't be going back.
