It's refreshing to find a dental practice that is both professional and personable. It's like visiting with family. They make you feel comfortable and always ask how things are going in your life. It's a pleasant experience and most of all, my teenagers enjoy it as well. They say, "The staff is nice". Thank you from our family to yours.
They makes me feel like I'm family when I walk in. I also noticed everyone in the office who walks by always smiles and says hi like I'm stopping by for a cup of coffee. Dr. Vachon (Rick) is an old friend and has taken very good care of my teeth for years. My smile is thanks to him!

I came fnnual visior a semi-at, and had also made an appointment to check out a problem immediately following. I also had developed pain in another area of my mouth. Both of those areas were checked, minor correction to one area rendered, and possibilities for the other area raised and education provided. I was not charged for the second consultation time. Both Drs. Vachon were involved in that consult. They both demonstrate customer service and professionalism.
