I saw Dr Rauls for the first time on Sept 22 after a car accident. I don't recall much from that visit, but I knew he was very nice. He didn't want to do any procedures that weren't necessary, at least that's the vibe I got. I ended up doing more damage and required surgery. Local RN here- took my mother to see Dr. McConnell and was very impressed with him and his staff! they took great care of my mother, allowed plenty of time, communicated clearly, and did an outstanding job overall! Additionally, Dr. McConnell took the time to educate me, at my request (I'll be graduating as an APRN soon) about the types of x-rays he took and what he was looking for within the films. Dr. Knox has been kind and helpful to me for years, and I was recently under his care for knee replacement surgery. The procedure went well, and I am having a very successful recuperation. I appreciate Dr. Knox’s expertise and considerate manner. Thank you, Dr. Tom!

Originally I went to Dr. Knox for shoulder pain, expecting I might need surgery. He recommended physical therapy, which did the trick. He has done surgery on my foot and did a hip replacement for me. I've made a full recovery from each and never had any complications or issues from any of them. He has enabled me to live a reasonably active, pain-free lifestyle. Dr. Knox has done surgery on both knees and a shoulder. He is so caring and checked on me each time. My surgeries had good results. I am thankful for him in Mountain Home. I am very pleased with him, his staff and Physical Therapy.

I've now had 2 knee surgeries by Dr. Rauls. He is amazing! Attentive to your needs and concerns, amazing bed side manor, efficient, and doesn't keep you waiting. hands down would recommend the clinic and Rauls 1000 times over!
