I just want to thank Dr Rauls for all he did for my shoulder surgery yesterday. Dr Rauls has the best bed side manners. I loved that he took the time to say a prayer before he began. That means more than anything. I would also like to thank the staff at the outpatient surgery center for everything.

While the dr is great the wait time is beyond unacceptable!! My appointment time was at 2:45 and here it is 405 and I have yet to be seen by the doctor!!

I went all over looking for the best team for surgery on my knees- Jonesboro,Little Rock, Springfield, after all those trips and all those Doctors,I found that the best, most qualified, most congenital and all around most enthusiastic about making me walk again- was Dr. Russ Rauls at Knox Orthopaedics. The whole staff is so friendly and great to be around, I know I made the right choice. One knee down- one to go, and putting myself back in their care is a no- brainer!

I’ve know Dr McConnell now for 4 years . He’s taken Excellent care of me . For just about everything I’ve been through. He will get it done and make sure you come out more healthy . Than you was before!!
