I'm always taken right in when making an appointment with Dr. Henson-McBee. I rarely wait long, the most is usually 10-15 mins. I'm always treated friendly and professional, and the staff and doctor does a great job of answering my questions.
I was aken on-time for appointment and they carefully listened to my problem. Dr. McBee gave me an excellent explanation of treatment options and extremely professional services were rendered.
Dr. McBee made me feel so comfortable! I think they're the best around and its been such a great experience.
The dentist is definitely not my favorite place to be but Dr. McBee and her staff are always sure to make my visits as pleasant as possible. As many times as I had to go back for procedures they always treated me in a way that exceeded anything I expected. They were always kind and considerate, I never felt as though I was a burden to them. I would highly recommend Dr. McBee to anyone near Lubbock.
Thanks to Dr. McBee I love coming to the dentist now. She's got a great sense of humor and really passes the time during my cleanings. Her staff is down to earth and competent, I feel comfortable knowing that they're in charge of my smile.
Dr. McBee's office always has such a great atmosphere about it, everyone is friendly and very professional. They make me feel at home when I walk through the door. Dr. McBee is the best dentist in Lubbock without a doubt. They exceed my expectations at each visit.
The hygienists here are absolutely amazing and the whole office staff is friendly. Dr. Tracy really knows what she's doing.
