Tom came to install lighting and a fan for a new bathroom. I can't say enough about how easy he was to work with, he took the time to explain what would be best and answer questions. His customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend he and his crew for any of your electrical needs�
We called Tom to correct an electrical issue we were having. When we turned on our ceiling fan in our bedroom, our hallway light would turn on. We also needed the hallway light, the lights next to our door, and our post light fixed. Tom responded quickly to our request. He is extremely friendly and professional. I contacted Tom after people recommended him on the Merrimack Forum page. Tom is excellent and we will be using him again for sure. We just moved into a new home and had a list of things to be fixed. He came over, gave us a more than fair quote and even made some suggestions on how some things should be fixed. He is professional and great at his work. I've already started another list of things to be fixed and will be calling again soon. Highly recommend him for any electrical work that you need!
Tom went above and beyond when he came to install additional outlets for us. He has a wealth of knowledge, is efficient, and prices reasonably. I would highly recommend him!
I called Tom for a 2nd quote for a bunch of electrical work I wanted done around the house. It included small touch up things to wiring my garage and installing outdoor power with a flood light to my backyard. He came the very next day to give me a quote and after 20 minutes I knew I was already going to give him the job. He scheduled me in the next week, job is complete and I couldn't be happier. He really goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and they get their money's worth.
