We travelled to the Mpls Home Show a year ago to find a contractor to do some remodeling, LP Smart Siding and all windows in our cabin North of Park Rapids... The question we asked all the businesses we talked to was if they did work outside of the metro. Douglas assured us they would. He was very nice and set up a date to come and meet with us to give us an estimate. He did come up and see the project and seemed interested. Unfortunately, my experience with SuperSiders was, generally, not great. There were some positives, however, the majority of my experience was negative. I hired them as a contractor for work on my roof and siding from storm damage after finding a positive review on the NextDoor neighborhood social media platform. -The contract I signed had a guarantee that the work would be completed in 60 days after SuperSiders and my insurance company came to agreement on the scope of work and compensation – work wasn’t completed in 60 day... read more
